An invitation to dance, move, draw and write
Join me for a weekly class in non-stylised movement and improvisation by exploring the endless possibilities of inhabiting our bodies. This weekly adult class is an invitation to celebrate dancing, playing and listening to the wisdom of the body on a weekly basis. It’s a creative space to allow time and space to “notice what you notice, remain curious and be as you are”. Open to all.
